Maciej Bachman is a successful manager experienced in business development, corporate restructuring, and streamlining of management processes.
He uses his in-depth expertise to increase financial and operational efficiency while implementing advanced strategies, redesigning business processes and organisational structures, and introducing professional internal control systems. As a chartered auditor, he has a broad understanding of corporate accountancy and financial management issues.
Bachman earned his vast experience in his many years with global consulting firms - Arthur Andersen, Andersen Business Consulting, and Ernst&Young. Throughout his career, he’s been working with boards and executives of many recognized Polish companies. Several years ago he joined transport, forwarding, and logistic industry. Until recently, he was co-managing and developing operations in Spedimex.
He graduated from Faculty of Management, Poznań University of Economics, majoring in corporate finances and accountancy, and from Strategic Leadership Academy, Canadian International Management Institute. He also completed doctoral studies in Collegium of Business Administration, Warsaw School of Economics. He is authorized to sit in supervisory boards of companies owned by the State Treasury.
In his many years in the transport, forwarding and logistic industry, Filipowski has been specializing primarily in sales.
Arkadiusz Filipowski is a graduate of Academy of Music, Bydgoszcz, and postgraduate in management, Wielkopolska Business School. He also earned diploma in sales management and leadership, Economic Development Agency, and holds postgraduate Executive MBA degree from Koźmiński University, Warsaw. He benefited from trainings in Poland and abroad to broaden the scope of his expertise.
Between 2000 and 2005 he was associated with DHL Express Sp. z o.o. where he supervised sales and major accounts. He then went on to pursue sales and business development with Jura Polska Sp. z o.o. and Giraud International Pologne Sp. z o.o. Between 2008 and 2010 he worked for DHL Exel Supply Chain where he controlled contract logistics. Later, he joined Wincanton Polska Sp. z o.o. to lead sales in domestic transport, distribution, international transport, and contract logistics. While with the company, he was also responsible for relations with key customers.
He has PhD degree in technical sciences in the field of transport and logistics and is a graduate of International Leadership Programme at Ashridge Management School in London.
He has many years of experience in managing advanced LTL logistics networks. Author of numerous papers, articles and publications on practical solutions to the functioning of integrated supply chains. The co-founder of the Polish Association of Logistics Managers. In PEKAES he focuses on the development and further modernisation of activities and infrastructure of the operational division of the Group.
Marek Młotek-Kucharczyk is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. He also studied at Staffordshire University in Great Britain. He has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2010 – and a Fellow Member (FCMA) since 2012. He participated in numerous courses and trainings in the field of financial management, accounting and taxation.
Marek Młotek-Kucharczyk has a long-standing experience in management and finance, both in Polish and international organizations, at various organizational levels. From 1996 to 2004 he worked at CDM Pekao S.A., one of the leading Polish brokerage houses where he was responsible for projects involving initial public offering of shares, convertible and municipal bonds, company valuations projects and industry analysis. From 2004 to 2008, he held a position of a Deputy Financial Director of Inter Cars SA, a leading distributor of spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for the entire financial and managerial reporting processes. In 2008-2010, as a Financial Director and a Member of the Management Board of MLP Group S.A., he was managing the entire financial processes of the capital group. From 2010 to 2014 he held a position of a Financial Director of Inter-Team Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to Hella capital group - a German automotive industry manufacturer. From 2014 to 2015 he discharged the position of a Financial Director, Holder of a Commercial Power of Attorney of PEKAES S.A. and he was responsible for managing the entire financial processes as well as sales and operations support processes in the field of IT, purchasing and property management. In the years 2016-2017 he was a Member of the Management Board of Mila S.A., a supermarket network operator. Since 2016, he has been an Independent Member of the following Supervisory Boards: Protector S.A. with its seat in Lublin and Enter Air S.A. with its seat in Warsaw.
From June 2017 the legal form of PEKAES SA changed to PEKAES Sp. z o.o. (Ltd). New PEKAES visual identity is created.
